International Day Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA):

Celebrated during the 3rd full weekend in November to encourage OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive overeating.  Join us for a Speaker Panel tomorrow on Zoom from 11 AM to 12:30 PM (Arizona time).  This OA holiday is celebrated Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Our event takes place on Saturday, November 18th.
